C1 - Transitions
This class will focus on how to do transitions between forward and backward skating. We will talk about foot placement, shifting your weight while in motion, and ways to make your transitions smooth. Methods that could be mentioned: Slide in, Open Book/Close the Book, Heel/Toe, Hop/Jump (180)/Pivoting

Need a fresh approach to running on your toe stops? Consider this class! We will be starting from a simple toe pick and then building up to 3-5 consecutive toe stop runs forward. Once we got that down, we will begin exploring lateral movement on "the Tripod" of our skates. Step by Step we will level up. You choose where you want to focus and how far you want to go!

Jamming 101 Key Element courses focuses on bare-bone basics of Jamming. Skating around and against bodies, getting lead, skating a Lap...or Two, and getting points. We are going to keep it pretty simple in this class, discussing ONE of the common methods of jamming: Strength/Power Jamming!
